Thread: Could I gain off this?

Beginner here. Started out on JP90s beginner routine last week, but my EQ, morning wood were down somewhat, and negative PIs, so I clearly went too hard. So I've revised my program, and I am a beginner after all, so to get in the swing of things I've devised this program to be done every second day. Goes like this:
- 10 minutes warm up with heat pack.
- Stretches (same as those in the JP90 program).
- 50 jelqs (long and slow, 4-6 seconds for each stroke).
- 30 V jelqs.
- Warm down with heat pack.
How does that look? Could I gain off this? Or is there not enough there? I did this work out today and felt a lot better afterward, but unsure as to whether I'm working it hard enough.

I really don't think there's enough. You'll just be frustrated and annoyed at having to do such a small routine. Try JP's again but VERY LIGHT strokes with jelqs. As PESG put it, pretend you're jelqing an egg. As for the stretches, try baby powder for grip and pull SLOWLY until you feel it stretch. Since you just started you shouldn't have to pull very hard to feel the slight burn. Make sure you get a solid 10 minutes of direct heat to your penis too. Hope it works out for you!

Thanks for the input! You say I will get frustrated because it's such a short routine, but the entire process still took 40 minutes altogether! I have been applying the 'egg' pressure, but it still feels an awful lot. I dunno, guess I will just give JP90s another go.

If negative PI's persist PM me or one of the moderators and we can figure it out. I'd hate for you to do more damage! The only thing I can think of is that you're pulling too hard during stretches or applying too much pressure to jelqs, or a combination of the two. Also I can't tell you enough how important the warm up is! Make sure its quality too, like a hot wash cloth or rice sock

I've been at PE for four or fiveish months now with slight gains, but then injured myself after losing focus. I'm now just starting up again and my routine is going to be linear with kegels jelqs and edging only for now. I am starting at 20 jelqs every other day and will increase it by ten every week. I could let you know how it goes if you want, I've had two jelqing days and i swear somethings bigger haha
