    Which is more effective warm down for a beginner?

    Hot water?
    Cold water?

    Can edging be used as a warm down after a PE session?

    I read a thread about using cold water to solidify the jelly like matter in your penis ... or something. I'm still not sure though. Since it's my holidays I prefer using only edging to warm down (every PE session if I can).

    So, which one of these has what effect on your penis development?

    I'm not sure that there a proper answer to your question of knowing whether a warm down or a cool down would suit you best! You've got to try both and see which one feels better. Both have their theoretical advantage but as for almost everything in PE, it's all about theory and what works for one might not work for the other...
    As for edging, I use it as a warm down but you can also use be fowfers if you don't have an easy access to a heat source.
