I would like to clarify a few things here. First the Jelq stroke. Is the purpose to build up blood through an entire set of jelqs? I have read one person recommending this, but the video I watched and everything else seems to suggest otherwise. So should I be doing one stroke with a full release then start fresh with a new grip? Should the stroke run past the glans or stop before it and be released?
Second the V jelq. I have read that you should use a good bit more pressure for this one. Is this correct? Is there a way to judge pressure like with a normal jelq, a-la head expansion with minimal force? I did some tonight with more force than usual and stopped half way through a set because I could tell it was too much.
