I have been edging about every other day for the past month for an average 30 min, as well as reverse kegaling daily religiously. I have been practicing breathing techniques as well. I started an edging session today and incorporated all these techniques at the same time when starting it. On any other edging session without doing these techniques I reach PONR within 2 min (much better than when just starting to edge, it took about 30 seconds) but on this session of 10 min I NEVER reached PONR. This is exciting! Ill update.
