    i understand the concept of kegel but i cant hold it for more then 1 second i dont under stand how yall can do 10seconds or longer can anyone give me some advice

    Practice!!! Over time you should be able to increase your holding time. I'm pretty sure that's what everyone else will say.

      It does take a while to build up some endurance, but it will come. Try some Kegel Slams, over a five second count slowly increase your Kegel pressure until you get to a full squeeze and hold it for a five count then relax slowly over a five count, that's one repetition. Take a normal breath or two and do it again. At first you may only be able to do a few reps. Work up to three sets of ten every other day and you'll have good pelvic floor muscle tone.

        Thank you Guys I got one more question if done right will my PC muscle be sore? That way if I'm not doing it right I'll know
