So I just finished my first session of exercising using JP's beginner routine. I find the basic jelqing fairly straight forward but the v-jelqing I'm finding a lot trickier. How do most people approach this, standing, lying down, sitting? And is it correct to v-jelq from underneath the penis, palm down? Perhaps someone could explain to me their best technique for v-jelqing.
Also, I've got a really bad cold at the moment, I'm finding it hard getting erect but I had been since before the cold. I was on anti-depressants for a few months which just destroyed my sex-drive and I hadn't hardly masturbated for the whole duration of taking the tablets. Do you think I need to recondition my penis to get used to experiencing erections again? It's really worrying me
