    Hey everyone, just wondering if its OK for beginners to edge? If so for how long at the end of each PE session would be good, 10-15 mins?

    I'm sure it's totally fine! I've not been PE-ing long, but edging (although not by name) is a common exercise suggested to tackle premature ejaculation, and as training to achieve mmo. I've never seen any advice on those subjects suggesting any practice or warmup was necessary other than getting hard in the first place!

    Personally I don't always bother, but if I do I try for a 20-30 mins edging session after PE, and it always feels beneficial.

    Thanks for ur reply mate, I think Ill do 20 mins of edging after I finish my routine today, LOVE the big plump flacid hang after edging!

    Definately ! Edging is a good way for conditioning the penis before you start penile exercising, when i say this i dont mean you should begin your workout with edging. The majority of successful PEers who made great gains, allways did stamina exercises (with an erection) like edging at the end of their workout.

    I just started PE and was also wondering if it's ok for beginners to do it. Is edging just going until PONR and then stopping? And then doing it over again until the time period is done?

    How long should you edge and how long should you wait after the PONR before you start masturbating again?
