Jelqing question

should the jelq only be done when the foreskin does not cover the glans?
or it can be done with the foreskin covering the glans?

In my opinion, since jelqing should be done with lube, it makes no difference. Jelqing doesn't target the skin. Also, If you do it right, I would imagine it being difficult to keep your foreskin retracted. So leave it covering your glans.

I will admit I am jealous that you still have a foreskin. I lost mine within a hour of birth =(
