So, I guess we all know that our testicles have a lower temprature than the rest of the body, about 1-2 degrees lower than the 37 degrees Celsius of the rest of the body i think. Doctors say that higher tempratures are bad for sperm count. Actually, if you touch them they feel quite colder than the rest of the body, if you havent noticed allready . For warming up, i usually keep my little brother in the hot water stream, not burning hot so you cant stand it but very hot, makes the skin turn red but still feels good though. As far as i know this water temprature is quite higher than 40 degrees. I usually try not to have the balls directly exposed ( cover them with towel, or grab the scrotum and move it away) and soak them every so often in lukewarm water.
I dont know if all this is important or not. I remember a guy doing a similar post, its been some time since then. He was a scientist or something: "dont warm up your testicles too much, long-term exposure to heat might cause problems", that was what he said more or less (dont remember his name or the post, soz )
Some time ago i had a light eczema at my right testy. Wasnt as bad as it sounds, just a very slight redness of the skin, it is supposed to be caused if you are stressed and if you actually stress your body -it is a "psychosomatic condition" not sure if that word if correct, but thats another issue anyway . It is cured now but if i let it exposed to hot water i feel a slight iching. And the doctor also said i should only wash it with cold water(!), same for the rest genitals area. Well, of course that doesnt work for PE and i dont follow that advice.
You think high temprature could damage the balls?
Perhaps some of the veteran penis handlers here could clarify this little detail ?
Thanks in advance,

Try using a rice sock or a gel pad to warm up. You can better localize the heat. I don't like to cook the boys either, to high a temperature for to long will decrease your sperm count. I'm not thinking that there is any long term effect. Keep your warm up temperature less than 40 Celsius or 105 Fahrenheit or you run a high risk of burning your skin and other body parts. Like so many things in PE if it hurts STOP. Let common since prevail. The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

I guess it's no more warming up in the bathtub for me.
Standing in the shower will have to do for now, sadly.Future owner of a glorious cock.

There is nothing wrong with warming up in the bath it's the prolonged high temperatures that can do it. I've read that extended periods of time in a Jacuzzi can decrease sperm count. Don't go crazy just use your head. The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Oh thank goodness. Because my warmup is between 10-20 minutes and a 3 days on 2 off routine. And the temperature is always less than 40 degrees.Future owner of a glorious cock.

I am also very interested in this because I do not want to unintentianally Harm my balls. For warm ups im using a small cotton bag full of rice (which i heat up in the microwave for 2 mins) and i just let it rest on my penis for the recommended 10 minutes. so maybe i should see to it that i move it abit away from my balls?

I'm not 100% sure about the affects of heat and your balls but I've kind of always just had it in my head that they don't mix lol. I just started PEing and made a rice sock to use for the warm-up. I find it works really well and you can control (somewhat) the exposure to your boys.
What are you doing for a warm-down? I'm only 2 exercise days into my routine but there was nothing listed for a warm down, it just ended with jelqing.

I've read that in some cultures where they don't have birth control they actually use hot water on the balls as a kind of short-term contraception. Warm water on the balls is regarded as bad for virility. I dunk my balls in cold water once a day now, as i read a convincing report saying it was good for virility. I'll try and find the link and post it.
