    Hey can clear something up for me. You said you are not suppose to jelq every day, but the sticked guide says 5 straight days and 2 days off? I am suppose to remove jelqing from the exercises every other day?

    I have also seen routines that are 2 days on 1 day off. I've been doing JP's 90 dayer and 5 days straight feels a bit much at the moment, so I'm doing 4 days on 2 days off to see how it goes.

    I think the most important thing is to pay attention to your body over following any routine to the letter

    Congrats brother. I agree about just having a healthier penis. I've been at it about a month now and I have definitely seen changes. Added 1/4 inch in length in a month and really couldn't be happier as well. What program are you following?
