I was wondering i have been doing the jp 90 day program, and i warm down only sometimes does it really mater if i warm down? usually after i PE i just clean up and just go about my business.

A warm down is a good idea. I think it gets everything more loose and promotes better healing.
I edge to warm down, but do a quick five minute massage first. Re-heating can work as well.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

yeh a PE session can be hard going on the little fella - I used to massage and slap it a bit to get the blood flowing, it just seemed to be the right thing to do after the punishment I'd just given it. I have just started doing a hot wrap warm down and edging more often than not too. I saw a post on the hangers group about tests done with rats and heating the tails, stretching them, then cooling them at an extended state. This gained length faster then not cooling at an extended state. Im trying this out, one month cool, one month warm but always in extended state ie strapped into my extender. I'll let you all know how it goes.Funny, I've been doing this for years, now I'm doing it the right way!

I was wondering if i can warm down with fowlers? im doing my pe stealth and warming up a hand towel or going back to micro wave to reheat rice sock is just to exposing.Began-3/5/2013
