    Thanks for the reply Waylander. I'm happy enough with my girth gains for now was just a bit concerned I'd end up witha tree stump.

    I have the opposite problem, slow girth gains. But over time I hope to change that

    I am new to the whole exercise thing,I just bought my first exercise book and I was wondering how long should a routine be and how many times a day is ok.I mean is twice a day ok or can i do more.Well let me know whats best so i don't hurt myself.

    Haha Way, every time I see there's been a new post in this thread I know it's likely to be you! You're always helping out people who ask the same questions, you're a credit to JonPop's routine, the thread, and the forum. Kudos! But yo be fair I've only read the first 60 and probably the last 20 pages of this thread, I'll get round to the rest at some point. Oh and for the last time to answer the far too commonly asked questions: 'Discard the LOT theory! And stretch in all directions!'

    Thanks Aidan! Imagine how ole JP feels, he's been answering these questions for years!!! Hopefully the FAQ's and related articles for this thread will be out soon and help out.

    can u do edging in this routine before or after the pe and can u Traction Wrapping .

    I had over a weak of break in doing this routine. Today I've finished Day 38. Means two more days on and then two off. I wonder if my break could have influenced the final outcome?

    Hey guys, got a quick question. Im coming in to my fourth week of JP's. I considered extending this week in conjunction with Jp's exercises. I know it is still early to see gains, but is it a good idea to extend 5-8 hours before jelq/Vjelq in the fourth week? Im planning to extend throughout the 3months...Shall I just do Jp's first?

    Hey ! New here and going to start this routine. My english is quite bad but i understood that the routine goes something like this : 1.Warm up 2.Streches 3.Jelqing 4.V-jelging 5.Warm up.
    And i did not understand what is the difference at ur OK sign when doing v-jelqing and normal jelqing.
