About two weeks into this..how hard should i be stretching, when i do my big circles after helis?

Hi, I am going to try and be straight to the point and simple with each question.
While you are doing the stretching and exercises does it matter if you are standing up or sitting down?
While you are doing "V" Jelqs does your palm of hand face towards your belly or away?
Is it most every experienced user on here's recommendation to forget about the "tug" theory all together?
Any need to re warm cock up during exercises at all for any reason during any part?
Is it most every experienced user on here's recommendation to "edge" after a workout?
Thank in advance, I want to start correctly in every way without any thoughts that i'm doing something wrong.

I started JPsstanding, I do both now, more sitting than standing. Usually stretch standing and jelg, squeeze, girth sitting.

Palm towards head so to say, as if cupping the penis.

Not sure, may be some viability to it. Over all, just stretch all directions IMO

Maybe for girth work, but warm up and warm down for sure.

As long as you are conditioned, worth a try.

I started today ( only with intentions on getting used to the technique)
While doing the "v" jelq i noticed i caused a mark on upper side of shaft in middle my dick "like a small burst blood vessel" is that normal? I stopped afterwards waiting for the reply on here of what to do. Did i over do it somehow?

I just finished my first day of exercises! Just after working out, I feel my penis to be unresponsive to an erection. Is this good?

Hey what are your recommendations on using pills and doing these exercises? I know most of the pills are junk, but I have found a couple of websites where they rank pills that ACTUALLY work. Enzyte was in the top 3. I recently just started taking it and doing these exercises about 30-50 minutes after taking it. Just want to get your intake and other ppls opinions on it. thanks!

Jon Pop,
I like this work out a lot eventhough I have not started it yet. I m on week 2 of the very basic PEGYM beginners routine. So do I finish out the first month of:
10 minutes warm up
6 Stretching
10 minutes Jelquing
or can I get into to this routine you have laid out. Also, I m not circumsized, does that affect anything?

I was wondering if I could get some advice on if I can I corporate the o bends and the tunica tug into this newbie routine. I've been PEing for the past 2 months but was basically doing jelqing. Started with 10 minutes jelqing and have built up to 25 minutes over the past 2 months. I do a 5 day 2 day off routine. I wasn't doing any stretching for the past two months because I bought an extender and have been using that along with the jelqing.
I'm trying to go for length mostly but wouldn't mind the girth gains as well. So here is my routine that I'd like to do
-10 minutes warm up
-Basic stretches including helis
-3 minute warm up
-1 set tunica tug
- full set on o-bends using all 4 fingers
(I add heat/warm my penis between each set- adding an additional finger
-25 jelqing
-10 minute warm down.
I haven't done this routine yet. I haven't incorporated the tunica tug or the o bends yet. What do you guys think? Is this too much? Should I separate the tunica tug and o bends in a separate routine? And how often should I do the o bends and tunica tug per week?

I guess i didnt get this LOT part very well i guess. When i stretch my penis and try to find my LOT i can't, i always feel my penis recoiling when i kegel (while stretch(as you say)), am i doing this right?
Am i getting easier gains beacuse of this?
When im erect im really hard and i can kegel for a looong amount of time(even if im not erect), is that why my penis is so hard?
Im really new to this and help would be great...
