    Hey fellas new to the forums. Just had a few questions, I just started this routine and am currentley having issues with keeping my 70% erection during the jelqing phase. What would you guys reccomend I do? Also I thought I should mention that I get an erection during the stretching phase but then I am unable to acquire one during the jelquing process any feedback would be appreciated. Ty

    "Helicopter Shakes." and "circle stretches."

    are they the same? or what is the differences guys..Sory i can't understand!

    No they are not. There's no stretch involved in helicopter shakes: you just grab your penis at the base and make twirling moves with your wrist as if your penis was a propeller.
    For the circle stretches: you just stretch your penis and then make it do big circles clockwise and anticlockwise.

    For a 'beginners' routine, there is an awful lot to do here. I just completed my first week and have been talking to fellow jelqers, and they think this is way too much to begin with....

    Second, listen to your body. If you feel that this routine is too intense, cut back on the days, "on". You just completed your first week...good...Now, make an evaluation and go from there.

    Thanks for the reply, JP.

    I just felt the workouts were lasting (the entire process, including warm ups/downs), close to 40+ minutes, which was just too premature for my member to begin with.

    You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

    Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.
    ----"V" JELQS
    Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.

    As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left. Do 30 of these reps.
    If my LOT is 6:00, should I be doing the V-Jelq downwards instead of up?

    No. LOT means, "Loss Of Tug." Your LOT is 6:00 so you should be doing the "V" Jelqs, straight up.
