Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine
- 01-27-2011 #1571
That's the way the routine is written: if you were to do all the v-jelqs in one set, your fingers would probably be too tired to keep a constant pressure on your penis from the beginning to the end of the session, and the end of your session would be of poor quality. So alternate the wet jelqs with the v-jelqs allow you to pace yourself (at least for your fingers).

Ok, I have some questions about this routine. So each week during this program do you keep the reps at 30 and 50 for the jelque's and 25 kegals with the stretches and 10 circles? Or do you add 5 reps to these exercises each week? Or does this routine stay exactly the same? I'm asking because I am afraid to overtrain my dick and want to maintain healthy pl's. I'm into my 3rd week and I'm starting to get deterred about a lot regarding all the theories and understanding everything. There is so much information on the forum that I get confused and don't know which direction to go with my routines or when to move on to the next routines. I guess I'm not sure how to gauge my gains and health and progress with the various types of info out there. I guess I just need some more advice. I just read the tunica and smooth muscle theory that was posted on here.. Wow! It blew my mind and confused the hell out of me. Has anyone else read this and felt the same?
Look forward to hearing from some experienced guys on here.
Thanks again.

i have been following your regimen for PE the past 5 days now and am planning to continue for the remaining 85, i was wondering what could be expected at the end of your routine in terms of results in girth and length inch increases? Also i have been using a male edge extender in addition to the routing and am just starting on that as well, this is my first day. I have already observed flaccid increase. Is adding an extender and using it at a different part of the day than my PE optimal? would it be better to do it right after? or should i not use it at all until it is done?

@ Mike992: I started in October 2010 w/ 6.25 x 5. I'm on day 118 w/ 6.5 x 5.25. I'm still doing JP's routine. The way I see it, be patient & consistent throughout the routine. Focus on quality & mastering the tecnique before you move on. If something is working, don't change it. I've learned all of this from other veterans in this forum & I'm passing it all down to you. Good luck on your journey!

Why is it a 90 days routine? Does it become less effective after that time and/or is it time to move on to more advanced routines?

I want to get started on this routine but have I don't have the slightest idea on how to do these exercises. Is there a video I can follow ?

This routine is an intense beginner routine, which means that for a lot of members it is easy to overtrain when you want to do more that what's described here. IMO, you shouldn't add an extender to it if you started recently. Maybe after 6 weeks to 2 months you can start wearing one but not during the whole recommended time and always aware of what your PIs are...
90 days is the time by which your penis should be conditioned enough to cope with advanced exercises if you want to try them. The routines are generally more efficient at the beginning due to a phenomenon called newbie gains: it means that your gains slow down after a couple of months, whatever your routine. But most people agree with the fact that as long as you are gaining, you probably shouldn't modify your routine... It's up to you once you finish your 90 days...

Is turtling normal when warming down? When I went to warm shower my penis got a little longer.
When I had warmed down my skin turned red (I didn't feel unpleasant burn). Is it normal?
Should I warm my shaft as well of just ligs?
