    Hey quick question this might be covered but I'm just curious..the supplements listed below..I know it'll help but has anyone on here ever done this the whole 90 days with none of the supplements? If so what was your gains?

    Bigman, I'm sure many men have done this routine without using the supplements I recommended.
    These are not essential for gains, more of a suggestion to get your body fueled for the exercises.
    Too many young and even older people are lacking in so many of the vitamins that we used to get in our foods, now with fast/junk food, the vitamins are cooked/processed out. (jP

    Hi JonPop,

    I just finished first five days of your routine and today is my first day off. I got a few questions for you.

    1) I use a wash cloth for warming up. But I'm not sure my penis is warm enough to start exercises after using a wash cloth. However, no injuries so far.
    a) Should I heat my testicles as well when I use the wash cloth?
    b) What do you think of "moist heat pads"? Do they provide more heat rather than a wash cloth?
    c) Will I get any side effects if I use those moist heat pads?
    d) Can I do the warming up when I'm having a shower? Is it less effective than wash cloth?

    2) When I do basic stretching exercises I do 25 kegels (one second) per a side and I spend less than a minute to finish the exercise per a side.
    a) I just want to know whether I'm doing these exercises in correct way or not?
    b) Should I hold one kegel more than a second?

    3) I believe that one repetition in "wet jelq" means when both hands reach to the head of the penis one after one. Is that correct?

    4) Should I keep my penis 60% -70% erected when I perform "V jelq"?

    5) When I do "wet jelq" exercise penis head becomes a bit bigger but it goes away within a minute after I stop the exercise. Is that normal?

    Hello everyone!
    Unfortunately I'm not a native English speaker. So it's hard for me to understand the method we're using here.
    I'm reading the following paragraph:

    Determining LOT (Loss of Tug)
    LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.

    This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.
    Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
    Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    (No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)
    Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.
    If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.
    If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.
    You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

    Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.
    Men with high LOT, are very lucky. Their gains come easier and can utalize weight hanging. But don't be discouraged, the Gains will come if you are dedicated and stay on the program I have outlined below.
    These are exercises to help you gain, regardless of LOT


    Ok. So what I don't understand is:

    1. do several Kegels.

    2. 12:00 6:00 and 9:00. What are these things?

    3. how to know that I feel it tug back?

    Hey Starter. I'm going to answer your questions about warm-up.

    - First of all DO NOT warm up your testicles. That can have a bad effect on your sperm-quality. So that's a no go.
    The moist heat pads are used by some guys in here. Some say they work really good and provide enough heat, some (like myself) get a better warm up from the rice sock. I think maybe you should try them all out, so you can decide for yourself and see how you feel about them!
    As far as I know, nobody has seens any side effects from the heating pads! should be quite safe !

    Hi!

    Im new here but have been trying PE before but got feed up way to fast, havent hade any structuality to it at all. Now i have desided to give it a real go. Was planing on starting with this newbie routine but i have some question.
    This with the LOT i never heard before so i jumped up from bed reading it and tried, seems my LOT is 6. What i wonder then is about extenders as i have one called andropenis. Can or should i use it in conjunction with the newbie program? And should i set it to pull to 12 then as my LOT is 6?

    This is a little thanks to JonPop, thank you for this awesome routine. It's well explained and easy to understand with some little help i had. But the point is that your routine is easy to understand and i dedicate around 2 hours on this routine. I am going to sweden tomorow to buy some supplements. - Torgern.

    I am on my 5 day now and looking forward to 2 off days. Thumbs up everyone.

    hey JP it seems like i get a better blood surge and work out when doing the wet jelqs in the hand over hand motion if i do a small kegal while the first hand is below the glands and the second one is open then kegal a lil then lock the second hand un lock the first hand and with the second hand move up the shaft and repeat this. i dont do it every rep but i do it for about 25 percent of them if this better to do nuetral or bad. any suggestions. ive been doing ur routine for about 2 weeks 3 weeks of useing an extender
