    I don't quite understand.

    If I have no tug straight down (6:00) does that mean I jelq straight up (12:00). I read through as many pages as I could but at 178 pages this became a little futile. Lol

    Hey this is my second week now doing this.. I have noticed that my penis has become more veiny is this normal? am i doing ti too hard?

    deviante - stretch against the TUG as it says, so it tugs when you pull up but not down? perfectly normal, the reason it doesn't tug when you pull down is because the ligaments are suspending the shaft, you should stretch between the cheeks as they call (well really out and down). Many also suggest stretching every direction

    i'm uncircumcised, so i feel like it's hard to do these exercise.

    anyone that is uncircumcised also having problem it?

    i just feel like i'm stretching my foreskin more than my penis, and feel like i'm not doing it right....

    I have a question: When I'm doing V-jelqs sometimes my penis twists away so that the fingers are not running along the CC. Am I pressing too hard? Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

    Also, every where I look people say you should kegel every other day, but in your program it is every day. What is the reason?

    So I achieved a first and maybe this has happened to others, not sure but would like some input if happened to anyone else. I have been doing JP's routine with not much success for the last 5 weeks, if anything it looks my unit is smaller. But anyway while I was doing JP's routine today I probably had about 6 six intense dry orgasm's. It was amazing the best workout I ever had. I performed the 150 wet jelq around 70% erect at about 3-5 secs that was 5 hours ago and I'm still horny. I think I might have figured out what works for me. Now I hope I see results! For those of you that have made gains with this routine, is this normal when you are performing this routine and how do you feel after the routine?
