been following JP's 90 day routine (although normal jelqs instead of V jelqs as I was a bit confused as how to do them properly) for about a month
I have been pretty strict although the odd day here and there has been missed (which must add up in a short timespan like 30 or so days when only 5/7ths are spent actually doing PE)
I have 2 old pics of my beginning size (taken 24th May 2010, with a rubbish camera)
the pics are poor quality and the erection is not fully hard, I'm sure a few of you who have tried taken measurement pics have had the same difficulty, my actual starting size was 6.2 inches
they show nearer 5.9 or 6 in the pics (it is a 12inch metal flip ruler, so you can see the 6 inch mark easily by the joint)
the recent pics were taken fully hard (after a lot of practice shots) with a much better camera and using the same ruler, also the whole penis is shown so hopefully there aren't too many cries of foul play
you can read off the measurements yourself and decide for yourself on whether i've made gains and if so how much
I would like to thank JP and everyone else who has included information ive found helpful (you dont know who you are so if youve included information i might have found helpful just give yourself a pat on the back anyway, im sure it helped someone)

Hi guys,
I've been doing PE (JP 90 day) nearly three months and can't see any increament of length. I feel my girth has been increased a bit when the penis is erected. The first a few weeks my penis was getting bigger when I was doing the PE, but nowadays I don't see that happening.
Could you please advise me what is the best thing to do in order to increase the length?

I didnt get something - JonPop says to do 100 kegels a day. Does he mean each day of the OFF days?(because there are 100 kegels during the basic stretches already) or Each day at all(in addition to the kegels in the basic stretching)?

hello JP are you still active and answering questions in this thread? i really hope so because i need your opinion on something..
i read about your views on the 5 days and 2 day off. and the current one you have which is about the down days.
but i wanna ask your opinion about the routine im planning.
because of tight scheduel. i can't do this PE for 5 days straight or even two days straight..
i can do it every other day only.
im just wondering will it work? i mean in my mind i think it might work, because i will workout today, and the next day will be the rest day(growth day) and then next day workout my penis again.

There is nothing about PE exercises that are set in stone.
All of the exercises are written for the discretion of the user.
The important thing is that you do some form of exercise for your penis, to maintain
the health and function. Most everyone that starts to do these exercises will fail, due
to lack of time, commitment or find a structured routine to be too hard to maintain.
If time is a problem for you, just do what you can. 1 day on and 1 day off is a good start.
Just remember that conditioning is everything, so after each off day, do a through warm
up and be gentle with your unit. When time allows, see if you can't increase to a 2 on 1 day off schedule. Just remember to listen to your body and go slow to start.
Yes, you will probably see some gains only doing 1 day on. Flaccid gains to start and then some girth.

I forgot to add. When you start to see your first gains, you probably *will* find more time to do the exercises. It becomes really addicting when the gains start coming.
I used to just get up an hour earlier so I wouldn't miss a workout. (jP

thanks for replying man. well the story behind my username is simple, when i registered in this site, my left foot is having some pain hehe. and well, im kinda careful about my username here, i dont really want any of my family/friends to have a clue of my real personality and finding out im doing PE, in my culture that would be kinda embarassing(That i have a small wee(right now)) so im really hoping this will help.
i can probably tweek my schedule a little bit to do a 2 day on 1 day off routine.
but i will do it like this.. first day on, around 4pm in the afternoon, and the second day on is around 4am in the morning(of the next day)
its quite confusing because of my job.. i have a reversed body clock. i usually wake up around 2pm and sleep at 6am
