I was wondering why we kegel during the basic stretches?
Starting stats (June 2011):
BPEL - 6.2''
BPFSL - 6.375''
EG - 4.6''
Short-term goal:
BPEL - 6.5''
EG - 5''

Two reasons.
1. To get in your 100 Kegels for the day and
2. To give you a count, on how long to hold each stretch.

No I mean the act of kegeling itself - what is it good for? Cause if its for counting, I can just count until 25, no?

To strengthen both your BC and PC muscles and to improve your pelvic floor plate.
There must be 5,000 posts dealing with Kegels. Do a search and read, read.

Determining LOT (Loss of Tug)
LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.
This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.
Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)
Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.
If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.
If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.
You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG
Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.
Men with high LOT, are very lucky.
Hey JonPop I know this is going to seem like a very basic question but I was just wondering with the Kegels is that basically the flexing of your penis? I was wondering because all the forums that explain talk of the flexing of the pelvis area but I feel like my penis is flexing when I do it.... Also it seems that when I kegel my LOT is at 12:00 which just seems to good to be true because I haven't ever gotten into PE on a religious type of level.

Ok JonPop just disregard my last post about the question of LOT and Kegel because I found what I was doing wrong. Turns out my LOT is 6:00 but as they say "When the going gets tough, the tough get going!!" and thanks for posting the workout.

I have some issue for deciding the proper jelq technique cause i am uncircummised.

Hey hello everyone , i am new to PE and i pas by to say thanks to JP90 for his routine i used to work out like jelqs forcing blood into gland till i felt small tingling i have problem in my execrise for lengthening so pls help and pls explain every how to do in detail like wht to do for thicker ,longer and a bigger i'm practising kegels by controlling my urinary flow and interrupting it so isolating the muscle and do contractions
i do warm up with water or dry often and now started with oil as it said here its safer
i tried advance execrise also like 360 degree stretching flaccid and semi erect , then taking the erect member and stretching it without nil difficult
so pls the point of all this telling is some one tel me a proper time table how to do it and explain wht is kegels (contrations)

when i stretch i get burning sensation and itching very slightly why?

So i have read all the excercises and understand most theorys and have mucked around with a few of the excercises and have an understanding of most techniques. I hope to gain half an inch in length and maybe a quarter in girth in the first 90 days, do you think this a reasonable goal JP?
Also i have a question, stange tho it may be to me, its probly been asked before. My flacid penis is absolutly dwafd by my erect state. So much so guys have glanced sidways at the cubicles and laughd tho when it is errect its 7' BP.....?
