    I'm about to start this 90 day routine. Is it recommended to not watch porn and or to not masturbate?

    Did my first session today lol . I had a quick question. When doing the helicopter I'm I supposed to stretch my penis our or something?

    I'm a little confused on the whole reps. For the wet jelqs. Would one time with my left and another with my right hand be considered 2 reps or 1? Same with the V jelqs. 1 left 1 up 1 right is that 3 reps or 1?

    To my understanding; a left and a right hand jelq makes it one rep. For V Jelq; Two straight ups, a left and a right is count as 1 rep.

    Thanks for the reply. Also, I find it weird that a lot of people seem to get an erection from doing the jelqs. Is it weird that I don't get any?

    I to have a bath mate and was wondering if it is better to use it at the begining off the work out or at the end and i have been doing the 90 program for about 1 mounth is this normal or do i need to increase how much i do because when i do the execies it does not feel worked any more but it did when i first started and could some one please explain what lot is please

    This message is directed towards JonPop. I'm new to the forums and had been doing PESG's routine for about 2 weeks (not very religiously..sometimes 3 days on 1 off, sometimes 1 on and 1 off) and while I noticed that I had grown from 7 in to about 7.3 in immediately after his workout and edging (which is simply a warm-up -> stretch -> 10 min of jelqing; the .3 in gain wasn't permanent, but I did seem to gain .1 in permanently) I wanted a routine that was very structured and more well rounded, so I've come here.

    I'm going to start your JP90 workout tomorrow probably, my question for you is..did you simply do this workout for longer than 3 months or after the initial 90 days did you gradually add in other advanced techniques (or substitute them in altogether)? If so what? I've read that gains vary in these 90 days but my eventual goal is to go from my current 7.1 in x 5 in to 8.5 in x about 6 in. Could you briefly outline your advanced routine? I want to see what I could be going into in 90 days. Thanks JP!

    So wait, I have no tug resistance on my ligaments which means I have a high LOT (loose ligaments at the base of my member). So, what does that mean to me jelging? Should I be doing jelging in different directions?
