@ mediterranean. Welcome to the Gym. Yes, I continued with the routine for many months. I was seeing growth, so I felt no need to change what I was doing.
@ thenewdude. Yes. Exercise in all directions. The "V" Jelq is especially good.
@ newbie211. Welcome to the Gym. Your ligaments are very tight. Start with easy stretches after a thorough warm up.

Thanks JP....just so I know, with my ligaments being very tight would I be correct in thinking length gains will take me longer than the average person? My partner is happy with my length but I think some extra girth would be appreciated. Considering getting a bathmate to assist with the PE.

Hi JP and everyone else! I too am new to this forum and routine. I was just wandering, I only just found out that I am suffering from a foreskin dis-function called phimosis, which is where the foreskin fails to retract over the glans of the penis. I unfortunately suffer from the severe case, where I cannot even contract the foreskin over the flaccid penis! So I am undergoing stretching exercises to treat this problem. I have heard many people arguing whether phimosis actually constricts the natural growth of the penis, but I personally don't think it does. But supposedly, jelqing and stretching would show quite early gains. So I wanted to have a try at your 90 day beginners jelqing exercise. But would jelqing combined with foreskin stretches be too much for my penis? I cannot feel a tug at 6:00 so I know that I have to train in the other directions. I also seem to get erections after 5 reps of nearly everything, so it can be a bit of a pain but I think I will have to try watching TV or something to take my mind off it. Unfortunately I have another problem, I have very sensitive skin. Most substances which I apply to my skin will give me rashes or make my skin dry. Do you have any recommendations for types of lube I could use when doing these kind of exercises? And also, are these exercises the same where you are circumcised or not? My foreskin is fairly big, so I seem to be stressing and stretching the bottom of the shaft

Parente . First off I suggest keep stretching that foreskin .
Second , try coconut oil for jelqing and stretching .
Good for the skin and smells good too .
Not expensive , and easily obtainable .
The exercises are good for both cut and natural .
Erections are good , you may just have to be patient with pecker .
Go easy and everything will grow correctly .

Thanks for the advice! Actually luckily, I use coconut oil as sun cream for my skin because the rest irritates :/ So I was thinking someone may suggest that. It does smell quite nice
It's funny though, like every 5 reps of any of the exercises I get an erection. But I assume I will get used to it. I am quite curious on the gains though. I am not sure whether the phimosis has actually limited my penis growth. I am a bit of a late bloomer anyways so I know I still have some growth left. I about 4 inches flaccid, and just over 5.5 erect, but that isn't much of an increase so I think it has something to do with tight fore skin. My girth is about 5.4 though so that is fine... Thanks for the advice! I'll report if I get any gains because some people say that the penis grows after the foreskin is stretched as the pressure is released, but I'll have to go all myth buster and find that out!

I started my PE two weeks ago, and so far all is well. I noticed veins beginning to surface where in all my years I had never really noticed before. Go PE!!
For years now, I have faithfully taken a multivitamin and a B complex. Recently I started drinking a Whey Protein drink once a day. It contains 18 amino acids which include 2495 mg of Lysine and 525 mg of Arginine. Reading the suggestion you make at the beginning of the thread regarding supplements, I was somewhat confused with the "Revised" footnote.
Forgive me if it seems I'm taking the easy way out with this question, but 1922 comments is quite a bit much to read to seek an answer that might or might not be there. Could you therefore, please clarify if I should or should not be taking the supplements you have listed.

Parente , I imagine that a tight skin would not let him grow as easy as he could .
Just a reason to stretch as much as you can !
Your lucky that you still have your skin .
I use a DTR to restretch mine .

Hi guys, i am only quite new to this but from doing these exercises already I can see my penis starting to get the hour glass shape from when I do the stretching.
Anyone else also get this and any suggestions? could I be doing it wrong?
