    Ok, I will try tomorrow but my first day looks correct or not really ;]?
    I know in first day shouldn't be any changes with length or girth but,
    Shouldn't i feel like swallen on penis or more tired or something ?.

    Becouse I feel like before sesion normal :>

    You are not warming up and warming down for enough time; it needs to be at least 10 minutes each.
    At the begining of my PE; I used warm water and hand towel for 10 minutes each but I was never satisfied with that process and switched to heating pad whihc give me a uniform temperature.

    You may want to read the following program written for beginners; strictly follow the routines and you should see some flacid gains within days.

    Please search this site for "Erection Tea"; I really liked the homemade formula for erections which also has some other benefits for people having issues with cold/allergies. You can also search this site for some supplements which should help with your erections.

    Im 18 years old and i shouldn't have problem with erect while that ;[, even if i watch porn i wont get 40% erect without stimulate with hand,

    I drink green tea its help with blood flow, i read about that a bit,

    About Hot warm up and down, i cant get "heating pad", and on few days i have turn off warm water and i need boil it,
    any other idea about warm up/down ?,

    PS: If i will have access to warm water normal bath with very hot water is enough?

    9 caps of Glutamine extreme 1400, 3 morining, 3 afternoon and 3 evening,
    and on training days i take additionally to that 9 caps BCAA mega caps 1100, 5 caps before traning, 5 caps after training,
    I go to the gym 3 times a week, + every day i do a6w (Aerobic 6 weider on my exercise for stomach),
    and I run 3 times a week, maybe i work too hard and + supplements and its affect on my JP's 90 routain ?

    Rice sock use was voted the best by most PE members here.
    Did you search for "Erection Tea"?
    Also, ther is another article on this site about five G's for big erections ( don't remember the exact title); search this site for it, read it and see what you will need.
    At the age of 48, my erections are great but I still use Acai with Green Tea, Nitric Oxide (NOS) and Ginko Biloba as supplements as they were recommended here as well as some friend at a vitamin's store.

    Maybe that affact on my PE sesion ?

    And the rice sock look gr8 i can use 1 rice sock all the time or need change it and make a new everytime ?,
    And 1 more question if i have ready sock of rice and after i take it out from microwave, i put penis inside it where is rice or i make compress areound penis?

    Okay, here's a inexpensive solution to the heating issue. Use a rice sock.

    Take a sock, measure from toe tip 8 inches. Cut off excess. Add two cups of UNCOOKED rice. Sew open sock edge flat. DO NOT bunch up sock edge. After you check to ensure that rice can't come out, place sock in microwave and heat up for one minute. Remove and roll/knead sock to evenly disperse heat throughout. Allow to stand for about a minute before wrapping it around your tool. Sit or lay and wrap sock completely and close your eyes and meditate/prep your mind on what you plan to do during the PE session and enjoy the benefit of the sock. After about 10 minutes, remove sock and begin stretching. Simple.

    The benefit of the rice sock is that it holds the heat very welL and it's extremely flexible.

    Next, when jelqing, I sit on the very edge of the toilet seat, put my head back on a travel pillow, legs straight and spread slightly (looks like a board at a 45 degree angle-only not as rigid-) Lube up, close my eyes, focus and begin my routine. I find that with my eyes closed I am able to focus on what I'm doing instead of looking and becoming distracted by the appearance of my junk getting large and liking what I'm looking at. I prefer to be surprised at the end result when the routine is over. Plus it helps me in maintaining the proper erection level.

    BIG +rep for you, on my secound day I'll try sock + eyes closed and imagine my results ,

    I have just 3 bag of rise i hope its enough, im lazy to go shop ,
    Also I think PE sesion is focus on persistence and mobilization, i need practice .

    I know it's doubleposting but nobody answered so please help me up....
    Hello, it's my first time i entered this site and i've seen the penise exercises, i wonder if it's k to start this program (I never done PE before), btw if i have 5 more months until i turn 18 is that a problem? Please i want some answers fast, i'm very eager to start this program but first of all i want to know is I can and there is no problem because i don't want to start having problems with my ding-dong. Another question it's about the warm-up, how do you warm up the clothes?

    Yes this is a beginner routine. It's okay to do this. After I complete this I plan to follow this routine

    What do you mean by warm up clothes? You are warming up your penis. You can use a hot cloth(small towel) that you dip in hot water and place and massage on your penis. You can also use a rice sock like I do.

    Quick question hopefully someone can help. I will be picking up my bathmate tomorrow from my local UPS office. Can I use this as a warm up or warm down(if possible both)?
