No problem parente, try switching your jelq grip it might help too, overhand grip gives me more erections. fryj01 are you sure you lost the 1cm? i thought the gains were permanent? And are you also having softer erections like aussieguy and me or is it just psychological? Sorry for too much questioning bro i'm still kind of skeptical about PE.

No. You need to warm up with a rice sock, hot cloth, or whatever. Do not ever start any exercises cold.

Hay guys I have a quick question if u do ur rutine jp 90 all the time and u gian in like 3/5 mounths in length and girth,
