    @TO all guy who have problem with keep his erect while Wet-Jelqing.

    I had this problem too and i fix it with helps from pegym members
    @thanks guys

    So how u can fix your erect problem?
    1. Stop or less masturbating, i did and its helps me;]
    2. 20 minutes Before workout drink strong Green Tea composed of two leaves
    3. Good warm up/down with Rice sock (Its most important thing and help me for sure) ( 10 mins with sock rice)
    4. after stretch, sit straight and conveniently on a chair, put your legs on the same level as your pines and lift your head up
    5. Close your eyes and Imagine that your penis grows ( important!! focus on counting reps and not think about an erection)
    6. last thing is to improve your grip ( O.K grip) it must be strong to not let the blood drain.

    I just post that for help others guys with the same problem ;]

    That 6 things really helps me now i must be focus to dont cum while Wet-Jelqing ;], enjoy your exercise.

    JP, Is it safe to add edging 2 or 3 times out of the 5 days? Also, if I measure, correctly, which I hope I did, I've gained .25 of an inch in flaccid length. Does this mean EL gains are coming soon?

    All members told me first is flaccid results then in erect, so i think yes your EL will gain maybe soon.

    PS: when did u notice that your flaccid length gained?

    I just start im in 3 day of session, u think after 1/2 week i should notice flaccid length ;]?

    And second question to you what is your level of erect while stretch?,
    usualy i am 0-30% erect while stretching is that good ;]?

    I just measured and it was 4.25. I realized I am technically not measuring BP.. I just push my fat pad back and put the measuring tape where the base begins. I don't push it in into my pelvic bone. I've been dieting, lifting heavy, and doing 15-20 minutes of walking on the treadmill 3-4 times out of the 5 days that I lift.

    Flaccid gains are usually come within a week of starting PE; I noticed my flaccid gains within a week.

    I'm having a hard time understanding this, i will try to explain myself.

    1 ) pull straight out = Stop pulling to the side and just pull your dick forward 9 o' clock. As a new startng point to the circle motion coming.

    2) Do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left = This means, as you hold the pull, start a circle motion to the left, and doing 10 circle motions would be the 10 stretches described. ( same applies to the right of course ) I visualize it as 10 pulled helicopter circle shakes to the left and then to the right. I mean the same circle motion a helicopter shake makes.

    Can someone clarify this please

    You need to spread you legs:

    1. Stretch as you normal do; keep the stretch and move it to the left side against your thigh; count 10. Do not let the stretch go.
    2. Keep holding the stretch; make 10 big circles. Let the stretch go and then pull the stretch to the other thigh; count to 10 and then make 10 big circles in the opposite direction (if first 10 circles were clockwise then this time it would be counter clockwise and vice versa)

    Im doing this like that:

    After stretch in right i pull stretch in straight and then i do circle around my balls ( keep pulling ),
    I mean near right thigh then near stomach , and then near left thigh and back to the start place ( reapeat that in left side 10 times then in right side 10 times)

    and after that i do stretch in left and repeat 10 circle in both side ;]

    I dont know if u get what i mean, but im doing this like that.

    @malam01 am i correct or wrong?

    Yes and the hand doing the stretching should almost be rubbing your belly as you make the big circle.
