Do you need supplements? I'm against pills all together, even if they're just vitamins. I take a multivitamin every day and that's all.

You ar against pills and vitamins but take multi vitamins; what's the deal?
Vitamins and supplemets are good for general health. For example, I take Neuro-PS which is espacially made for brain and mental health but it also contains Gingko Biloba whihc is very useful for penis as well.

Alright gonna give this routine a go! Think I'm all set. I'm new to jelqing but have been edging/kegling since I was young (have achieved a few very intense dry orgasms before), which I guess is probably why I'm in a decent starting place. Mostly want to gain girth and a little more length would be great too. Thanks for all these great resources!!!

Hi,
I'm uncircumcised and I was wondering what would be the best way to Jelq (normal or V-Jelq). Because I have foreskin, I always feel I'm only stretching skin instead of the penis itself.

I have just started this routine (3 days) when I do the circle stretching I pull straight out from mtv body to begin with and then if you think of your body as a clock and your member as the hand start at 12 (pointing towards your head) and rotate slowly clock wise, when you get back to 12oclock that is one full rotation.
Thats how ive been doing it anyway, hope its right and that it helps
