It's about 1 SD below the mean. The majority of men have thicker cocks. In any case, constructive self hate has proven to be an excellent motivator for me in other fields (gym, university, work). I see no reason not to use it here.

1 inch gain in girth is not imposible by all means and has been reached many times by commited and smart members, self hate is not necessary either, a good attitude is also great way to stay motivated and gain. Are the kegels mentioned here the only kegels necessary? Also, I plan to do this every day for the 90 day period. Is that wise?

Been looking at the posts about injuries like 'hard flaccid'. Terrifying! Can anyone confirm that this is a rare occurrence and is unlikely to occur when training correctly because if it's a significant possibility I'll give up now. From what I've read it seems to be related to too much stretching & jelqing while fully erect, so will avoid going overboard with the JP90.

I've been doing the JP90 for a month now but only 2-4 times a week and already I am seeing increases. I don't pull and stretch too hard and so far (touch wood....no pun intended) all is well.

Ok so this thread says 5 days on, 2 days off. The main exercises page on the other hand has very similar routines but says one day on one day off. So what is it?
