    Hey zepmat I'm no expert, but I'd say don't wrap your nuts in the towel.
    they tell you not to wrap them in a rice sock, and to cover them if you're using an infrared lamp, so I'd assume it's the same for a hot towel!

    I never tested for my LOT and don't intend to. I bet if you just do your exercises in the direction that is easiest and most comfortable you will see the most gains. JUST my thoughts though.

    Now I have a question, do you think it's ok to traction wrap during JP's 90? there's nowhere that says it's an intermediate or advanced exercise, and it doesn't sound to strenuous, so is it safe to add it to my regimen?

    I think Jon stated answered that question in the first couple pages of the this thread, i believe he said it was a good thing.

    Another question,
    should i add edging into this routine then cool down? or just stick to this routine?

    i am doing 5 days routine. 3 days om 2 days off. I don't know anybody going to believe or not but i start feeling the improvment in 1st week. By improvment i didin't mean gain in length or grith but the erection. i feel firmer penis and harder erection. Only thing i can't understand is that now it's been nearly 1 month and i have a remarkable progress in girth and a lil bit in length as well but when i am erect there are some vains appeared on my shaft that wasn't there before i start PE. Is that normal or i have to do somthing about that. Other then that i am totally satisfied with JP's 90 days routine. i was going to buy a pump or extender but i guess i am going to follow this routine for sometime. and not going to use devices. When i'll feel to change something i might increase the intensity or the reps which benifets me the most.

    okay i have started this routine and i was wondering if the supplements that were suggested in this thread are as important as the other things written here. i am currently not planning on taking any kind of medicine but if its really important and helps u gain faster or indefinitely then why not! so Johnpop please respond to this query

    This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

    Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
    Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    (No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)
    Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
    When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.
    If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.
    If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.



    I dont understand this test module part could u possible elaborate more on this? ( what does the 6:00 and 9 :00 mean)?
    also is there a vitamin that holds all these ingredients in it? please reply and thank you.

    6:00 and 9:00 refer to hands on a clock, so 6:00 is straight down and 9:00 is straight out.

    !2:00 is straight up. 9:00 is to the left. 3:00 is to the right. 6:00 is straight down.

    another thing is i cant do conventional warm up because of privacy problems.. (hot towel rice soak etc) i am doing the thing like bedfowfer.. like i sit infront of the pc and keep my penis in between my thighs for 10 minutes and it feels kinda warm.. do u think that will work? if not can u suggest something for me? i cant do warm town or rice soak or the lamp thing
