    The first 100 jelqs are fine, not much erection and not much feeling of ejaculation. After I reach 120 onwards it feels like I'm slowly going to ejaculate, I get a small amount of semen (about a drop) come out after the 120 onwards mark. I don't even have to be fully erect but still get the ejaculation feeling. This is when I have a minutes break. But once I reach 160ish onwards I have to take Manu breaks as after every 10-15 jelqs I have the feeling.

    Love the program, its simple and quick. I also add a few Uli's and Edging at the end, hope it is not too much, but my penis doesn't feel bad after this and hangs loose. Gonna add jelqing bit by bit, and maybe switch edging to ballooning in a week or so.

    I think I may be overdoing the jelqs. I have a feeling the technique will work as since I've been doing this routine my penis feels alot more stretchable and while/after the exercises the shaft goes thick and veins are visible, also the top end near the head is red and when I urinate some time later I feel a little sting hear the head. This sting only lasts for a few seconds after first urinating

    Just got done doing my first workout and..............................!#$% this is hard, frustrating and annoying. The stretches were cool, but those damn wet and v jelqs are a pain in the balls. 150 and 30 reps and both strokes with each hand counts as one rep, Jesus Christ. I became so irritated after my first set, especially trying to keep myself 60-70% erect. Damn and this is just the beginners workout. Damn why couldn't I just have been blessed with a 8x6 inch cock???????? Working your body out to get cut is one thing, but working your penis out is on a whole other level.

    Question can I split up the number of jelqs I do a day, in other words do two workout sessions a day? 75 and 15 reps a day? Would I have to do the stretches twice a day? I know I'd have to warm up and down both times, but do you think I could do just as good by doing the exercise this way? The jelqs are the hardest part of this exercise.

    Also is there any other type of water lubricant someone can recommend me? All I can find is that liquid KY lube that burns like hell. I used lotion for my first session and I kept getting dry quick. Any suggestions?

    I'm 54 and have been following this routine for 2 months so far. It really has boosted my EQ, and improved my flaccid hang.

    josephmcvey, I've tried both olive oil and equate baby oil gel for a lube. One application of the gel lasts me the entire session of jelqing - I usually take about 30 minutes to do that part of the routine. Olive oil works, but is a bit slick at first, and has to be re-applied a few times during the session. However, I do like how the shaft skin feels later in the day after using olive oil.

    I can keep what ever level of erection I want by letting the palm of my hand lightly glide over the glands near the end of the jelq stroke if I get too soft. If I get too hard, I don't touch the glands. Too soft, glide over the glands at the end of the jelq stroke and it gets firm again. https://www.pegym.com/forums/images/icons/icon12.gif

    josephmcvey. I use K-Y Jelly. This is different than the liquid. It stays slippery during my Jelqs just needs a little water added during the session.

    What do you mean K-Y liquid burns? Is it a allergy or friction?

    The Jelly is much different than the liquid. We stopped useing it for intercourse and went to the liquid. The jelly was just too thick
    and I lost sensation.

    Hi JP, you mention taking super b complex, can i ask what amount you take?
    I walked into holland and barratt and they have b-50 b-100 etc, all different amounts, 100mg 50mg etc..... any ideas?

    Does age make a difference when taking supps or should all ages?

    I also wanted to ask you if it's normal that my penis is nicely bigger right after doing the routine but then after a few minutes returns to normal if not smaller than normal.
