Hi everyone,
I'm a new member and this is my first post (!). I'm looking to improve the size of my penis, which is currently 5.5x4.5 (EL, EG), and it just seems so small.
I've started the JP90 workout and have done three sessions. I've enjoyed it.
My workouts don't follow JP90 to the 't', but they are close. I'd appreciate if someone could give me some feedback on the appropriatenes of it...
- Warmup, >10mins
- Basics Stretching, 5mins
- Wet Jelqs, 100 reps. Each rep ~4seconds each hand. Time ~15min
- V Jelqs, 60 reps, ~10mins
- Warm down, >5min
1) Is this routine sufficient to make gains? I think I'm cutting out a set of the wet and v jelqs from the original routine, but this routine above already takes me about 45mins.
2) I'm hoping to stick with this routine for a year. My size goal is 7 x 5.5 in 12 months. Is this a realistic, achievable goal? I wish I even had what some of the guys here START with.
3) Should I do 5 days on, 2 days off as the guide recommends, or do 2 on, 1 off?
4) How does one stay flaccid!! I have difficulty doing my stretching bc I always get at least 50% erect when helicoptering etc.

I have been doing PE for about 20 months and can rarely achieve an erection due to severe ED. After warm up, I stretch my flaccid (1 o'clock works best for me) using light pressure slide my overhand ok grip slowly up to the glans, add a bit more pressure and squeeze just under the glans and pull up and hold while you do about 10 kegels. Return to the base and repeat 15 to twenty times. My flaccid has now been stretched from about 2 inches to about 4 - 4.5 inches. I now do one handed jelqs with my flaccid dick which sometimes turns into a 20% erection on agood day

Hi I started this workout a couple of days ago. I am wondering if this will improve the curvature I have. My starting stats are bp8x5.5 and my goal is to get to nbp9x6.

Hey guys, thanks for advice and imput. I have about decided to scrap the 4xlab stretcher plan and give the jelq thing 100% effort.
Some of the stuff I've been reading about using stretchers to the point your wang turns cold and black kind of freaks me out.

Is it ok to do 200 reps regural Jelqs (50*4) and 120 reps V-Jelqs (30*3) 6 times a week one day off or not

How the hell do you keep from getting an erection? I still getting wood sitting at my desk doing nothing like I'm a 14 yo in school. Pulling on the thing sure don't help
