    pero: I would only do it as recommended. You're guy needs rest so he can repair himself and get bigger. Also, overtraining is very easy at first so you need to avoid injury at all costs, or else you won't be able to PE at all.

    Hame: cup your hand with your knuckles pointing at the ground and put your unit in between the middle and ring finger. the bottom should be almost resting in the "V" of your fingers, and your two fingers should be on the sides of your shaft. Pull upwards towards your face, alternating between middle, left, and right. Use lots of lube for a smooth pull, and kegel every now and then to get even more blood into your shaft and glans. Concentrate on the sides of your shaft, avoiding too much contact with your glans or the bottom of your shaft.

    Bro: the more you do it, the easier it gets. You're lucky, I have to struggle and fantasize the whole time to keep even a partial erection.

    How old are you? Ever had your test levels checked? Look into natural test boosters, I noticed a huge increase after taking them for 2-3 weeks in erections, horniness and even confidence/being more blunt with women

    I'll get them easy if I'm in jeans, I think it's just the contact. Also get them if I'm even close to a girl lol. Sad thing at 28 but I guess it beats ED

    For anyone that started this routine with bad EQ, how did it help on that? And how fast did it take to notice any improvement in EQ? I ask because it's pretty hard to hold an any kind of erection when doing the jelqs. I mean, I can get about 10 reps in but I start going down, need to get back up and continue from there.

    I am almost three weeks into JP90. My EQ has increased a lot. I have the same problem doing Wet Jelqs. I lose my erection.
    It goes from about 70-80% to about 20%. I stop and masturbate to get it back up and then continue. I do not have this problem
    during V-Jelqs. My fingers touching the base of the glans at the end of the stroke keeps my stimulated.

    JP is it ok to do 2 days on 1 off or 5 days on 2 off? I am doing PE for a week 5 on 2 off and i want to change to 2 on 1 off.

    I've seen many people recommend at least 10 minutes of stretching, but going off this routine as stated, with stretching straight out, right, left, up, 25 quick kegels each time with the 20 circular stretches...you can breeze right through it in 5 minutes or less.

    Not that I'm complaining (less time necessary the better!) but am I missing something? Am I doing it too fast if I can finish in less than 10 minutes or should I be doing more "sets"?
