It is in the book "Exercising the Penis". Under the exercise titled Rotary Stretch it says and I quote "The 360 degree stretch
should last 10 to 15 seconds." This is right after the description of a revolution in one direction.

I went through some of the older posts in this thread and JP mentions that the circle/rotary stretches should be done as if you're cranking up an old car. That makes it seem like the circular motions should be somewhat quick. Maybe when the book mentions that the 360 stretch should last 10-15 seconds, they mean all 10 of them?
Also, question on the wet jelq reps and timing for rep. The program says that one rep is equivalent to using both hands and that a rep should take 3-4 seconds. Does that mean that the time from when I go up with one hand, stop at the glans, go up with the second hand to the middle, release first hand, finish stroke with 2nd hand should ALL take 3-4 seconds? If so, I've been doing them too slowly because I count 3-4 seconds per hand.
And on the vjelqs...it says to do 30 reps (3 times). But is ONE rep equivalent of pulling up/left, pulling up, pulling up/right, or is that 3 reps? I read another post by JP where he says that all 3 is equivalent to ONE rep. If that is the case, then I've been only doing 1/3rd of the required reps.Starting size - 8/27/2011

Not to sure how to do these Helicopter shakes? some more elaboration on those would be awesome?
Edit: I just tried this routine for the first time today. I had no idea what i was doing when it came to the helicopter things so i just left them out? perhaps if you explained what the point of the exercise is? Also i could not do the V-jelqs at all.
