    Interesting! I don't care much for helicopter shakes. For me at least, it seems to encourage my curve so that's not what I'm after. I will keep this routine in mind...

    Hello, JP!

    Thank you for your exercises, the results that I read about sound really encouraging.
    I will start exercising soon, and have no intention of changing anything that you wrote.

    However, I was just wondering - what will happen if I do these exercises for 9 or 12 months, instead of just 3?

    Will my penis be in super condition? Or will it get any sort of injury?

    I'm just looking to increase the number of months of exercises, nothing else

    JP is it pretty typical for ur penis to feel like u just had sex after the workout? Also Are The 100 kegels are done throughout the day, and are they in addition to the kegels done during the stretches? Thanks so much.

    Hi, first of all, thanks for the routine. The routine is given as
    Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs.
    My question is whether you take any break between these sets, or different parts of the routine? Do I just keep going until I have done 150 Wet jelqs and 90 V jelqs, or is there a break between each set of 80 jelqs??

    I might be wrong, but feeling like you just had sex might be a sign of you doing it too hard. I know when I'm done with my session I WANT to have sex (and usually do!).

    I believe the 100 kegels are DURING the stretches (25 each - straight out, left, up, right).

    I just move right on to the next set of jelqs...no rest time.
