    That is true. I just figured out how to do V-jelqs today Still working on the "multi-quote" though.

    Alright so I just finished my first session and have a few questions. First, Im having trouble with the helicopter swings. I cant get my dick to go in a swinging, or helicopter motion, its more like its just flapping up and down or side to side. Is that ok? I would think so since the goal is just to get blood in the penis.

    Second, when I was jelqing(wet and V jelqs) my dick wasnt erect. I know it says ideally it should be 60-70% but it wasnt the least bit erect. Is that ok? Im also concerned with my form. It says to hold it using the ok sign with your palms facing down but that started to hurt my wrists after a while so I switched it up and did it with the palms facing up.

    Im concerned that I dont know the right techniques and that Im just wasting my time. I also used shampoo as my lube(was in the shower) and some off the foamy stuff got in my dick and it burned when I had to piss.

    Also another thing, throughout the whole thing(stetching and jelqing) I would sometimes get this feeling like I had been hit in the balls. That feeling where like your breath is kinda taken away. No clue why.

    I'm uncut and I find that alternating hands with the OK jelq just results in a bunching up of skin. The only way it works is if I do it one hand at a time - so going up with one hand, RELEASING then starting from the base with another hand. If I start with another hand while the first hand is still just underneat the glans, it doesn't feel like I'm doing a jelq at all...whereas if I do one hand at a time, I can actually feel the blood being pulled through.

    Will this way work?

    When I first started the routine (a year ago - but I got distracted/lazy and stopped), to avoid this problem, I remember using just one hand to jelq and then after 25 reps using the other hand and then repeating the sequence. Is this OK?

When I'm jelq'ing I can maintain 80% erect but when I do the V/Jelqs I go flaccid and find it difficult to get back to normal jelq'ing as I can't get the erection back. I continue per normal but I'm usually up to 30+ jelqs by the time it gets back to 80% erect.

    I'm about to finish week 2 (I'm a beginner) and was wondering if buying a penis extender now to aid in my penis lengthening is to early? Or should I just wait until after the 90 days/3 months?

    Really liking this routine so far.

    Just a quick question - It says V-jelq 90 reps total. What counts as 1 rep? Is it every time you reach the head of the penis or every time you complete the straight-up, left-up, right-up sequence?

    I believe every 2 strokes is one rep. Not 100% sure though.

    80% erection level might be a bit too much for beginners, be careful: 50 to 70 should be safer. To keep your erection, you can kegel from time to time in between the jelqs. You could try BTB jelqs: this can help.
    Combining devices with manual PE is advanced. Stick to your beginner routine for now.

    Jelqing with only one hand will work, but I think that it's less efficient than with 2 hands. I'm uncut too and jelq with 2 hands without any inconvenient. Just use a lot of lube! And after months of it, I didn't notice too much extra skin. I found that an overhand grip helps...

    To do the helicopter swing, just imagine that you are an airplane and that your penis is your propeller: grab it at its base and make it turn! Another way to get blood in your penis as efficiently is to slap it on your thigh.

    The best erection level to jelq is between 30 and 70%. 30 works better for length and is safer for beginners, 70 better for girth. You can jelq using an overhand grip (palm facing down) or an underhand grip or both. Choose the one that feels the most comfortable.     And for your last interrogation, remember that PE is not a matter of strength: use a soft grip and don't pull too hard. AND ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR PIs!

    You are right: for V-jelqs, one rep equal 3 hands as you described. For regular jelqs, one rep equal 2 hands!

    Thanks for the replies! Looks like I've been doing much less jelqing than prescribed.

    One more question - what kind of tempo should we have for the V-jelqs? Regular jelq is 3 - 4 seconds per rep, should V-jelqs be the same or slower?

    I can confirm this. For first 3 days I used Hand Soap and my scrotum looked like 100 year old plastic bag. It was hard, crusty and looked and felt like it could tear and it would fold up (instead of shrivel) and cause discomfort/pain.

    Bought myself lube after my girlfriend helped heal the skin and restore moisture (was very dry) with some sort of cream of hers.

    OK, so I guess I'm obviously doing V-jelqs incorrectly, could you explain how it is done properly (or link to a page which explain and/or gives examples)?
