Will lots of sex on the Off days interfere with the healing ? Is it best to just leave the thing alone on the off days ?

Hi, just begining PE offically, i mean that tracking results. i understand that somewhere on this site is a progress journal i can print out, can someone help me identify where it is?

Hello, i have been doing PE for off and on for about 6 months or so, first it was by hand and it appears after reading 'excerising the penis' that i went to hard in the begining loosing my ability to have sex, i then took a month or so break bought a bath mate and did it to the point of getting a donut and darking my penis, altough i did see some gains. i have been about a week or so not using the Bathmate, and have started a basic beginner routine from the book, 10 min warm up, 10 min Jelk, and 10 min stretching. i am getting some wood in the mornings, no pain in penis, and i can get hard for sex usually once a week.
Would you reccommend that i start out in the beginining as descibed, give it a rest for a season, or press on to stronger excerises beyond basic?

3 to 5 seconds per hand seems to be the best. Remember that quality is more important than quantity. Check that you have good jelqing indicators.

Your penis needs rest when you PE but as Cusp said, never ever say no to sex: you practice PE in order to improve sex so where would be the logic to say no to it?

Does it matter if I jelq palm down or palm up?? I am doing them palm up, but are reading over again now, and I see that it says palm down.

I'd say: use the grip that feels more comfortable. For my part, I use an overhand grip (palm down) because I disliked the feeling of the underhand one. Regarding their efficacy I don't think that there's a difference though an overhand grip allows you to grab your penis closer to the pubic bone and thus jelq a bigger part of your penis...
