As far as LOT, my 6:00 tug is much weaker than all others, but I do feel a slight tug, is that still considered a LOT? And you say hanging doesn't work for guys like myself? Or does it just work not as well?
Starting: 9/1/11: BPEL 7", EG 5.1", NBPFL 4.5"
As of 10/2/11: BPEL 7.25", EG 5.3", NBPFL 4.7", NBPEL 6.5"
Short Term Goal: BPEL 8", EG 5.5", NBPEL 7.5"

i just tugged it and i felt a tug and my penis was flaccid all the way up to my belly nutton standing up so maybe you have it or not but i just did it and felt a tugging sorry.

Would it be to harsh to do your JP 90 Day Routine in the afternoon and add "Horse Squeeze" in the early morning? I'm looking to gain girth as well.

I just completed my first month of JP90, im amazed my BPEL has increased by 0.39" or 10mm, but 0 gains in EG. Im happy cause im only going for length atm.. I think these gains could be linked as to flacid jelging after stretches, as flacid jelgs below 30%, I have read help with length gains. I have also noticed by sight a thicker base errect girth, but because I was such a noob I never measured that before I started.
Also my tunica is a limiting factor for me so that could also have something to do with it.. With my workout after each week I increase each set of jelgs by 30seconds each.. a total of 1:30 extra each week.. its not much but I think it stops me from overtraining and avoiding injury. My routine is 2 days on 1 day off.
Hopefully this can motivate some people to stick to it or even try it!

my tug is up to my belly button want to know if it's good.the tug is best most at the top.plus i dont quite get jps work out? plus how long do you think it will take and what advice could you give

Lot and tug don't matter, Just stretch in every direction, and jelq up or down or straight out, whatever works best for you. If you don't get a part of the workout read it a few more times, or check Penis Exercise or google for videos or images.
How long it will take? No one knows but your body, everyone is different. One thing I and many here know is rushing doesn't cause fast gains.

Should you do two days of rest after each PE day during the entire 90days?
