    got few question as am a newbie with this. just finished my first time/day 1 with this.
    1. during the wet jelq, i felt a lot of pressure in my middle shaft based on the step-by-step description, is it normal? and then i can feel, i might say it some sort fatigue around the base and the middle of the shaft. same question, is it normal? is that how it is? im enjoying this, i already felt i can do more but i did not want to go over the top.
    2. is it ok to masturbate after the exercise? or is there some sort of cooling down time after warming down?

    cheers guys, more question coming along the way. hope you guys dont mind

    Hello all and thanks all admins for allowing the free joining membership, really a good thing to see these days on the internet.

    Anyway, it says on here that we shouldn't waste our money on the enlargement pills. I've been taking Naturally Huge for about 4 weeks and it just overall makes the flacid length of my penis bigger. Also when I got done with the gf in bed the other night and she told me my penis looked bigger for some reason. My point is that should I switch to JP's list of pills or is it ok to stay on NH? I dont mind spending the money to be honest, its not all that much.

    The pressure I don't think should be too high. Well, the idea is to have that pressure and for the glans to get quite hard, but there shouldn't be any discomfort. It should feel good. You didn't say there was discomfort, but I'm just saying, it's possible your grip may be a bit tight? Having said that I sometimes feel a good deal of resistance inside the shaft to the stroke, but as long as I'm going slow with a nice grip I think it's a good thing. I think it's probably okay to masturbate afterward, but not with a death grip and if you're edging be mindful of over training.

    It's good to start off easy and feel you can do more. You probably wouldn't want to get to the point where you feel you couldn't do anymore exercises anyway, especially when you're just starting.

    How long is this routine supposed to last (in minutes) per day? I recall I used to do a few years back in about 30 mins.

    Thinking about supplementing Nitric Oxide to help with PE. I figured it would be a good idea since it is also used to treat ED. Thoughts?
