    Been doing this for 5 days now.. On my 2 day break at the moment.

    Have already had better erections (more hard and fuller)

    Was just wondering tho.. I have not seem to be waking up with Moring Wood since I started doing this.. Any reason as to why that maybe or is that common?

    Couple more questions:

    1) Instead of using a hot wash cloth for warming up, can you take a hot shower instead??

    2) JP mentions the following: "Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels. Try and do 100 a day." So this means 5 day on and 2 days off, but continue to do around 100 kegels on off days too? Does this require another warm up and warm down phase?I was slightly confused by the part highlighted in red.

    I'm going to start this routine the moment I get the required supplements. The only trouble I'm having at the moment is finding out how hard I should grip. I know gripping too hard will hurt me but what if I grip too softly? Will I see results slower or will I see no results at all?

    The supplements aren't required, but help with overall health.

    Grip soft, it does not take a lot to move blood.

    i still dont get this part:

    Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.

    can anybody explain details?

    Kontol....you hold your penis straight out the you move it like you are drawing a big circle. While doing this your penis will be at a 45 degree or larger angle.

    ok ive been doing this for a week and a half and im starting to feel and see results!

    is it good to balloon when your not doing anything?

    is 2 hours of edging too long? i dont ejaculate afterwards

    i dont want to overtrain my penis
