    Hi nobigdeal, you might be able to get a nicer flaccid hang by 20th December. Good luck. Try warming up with a rice sock. Masturbation after PE is fine I think. It might be better not to, but it's not bad enough to worry about if it makes you happy and sleep better.

    one question if i do stretch "While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)" mean this that i have do clasic kegels simple contraction of my pelvic floor muscles?

    I have tug back in all directions does this mean my gains with come with ease or harder?

    hello. JP, really thank you for creating this program
    this will help a lot.

    however i have two questions.
    is it good to do kegel exercises right after sessions?
    i did a kegel exercise right after my jp session, i was thinking it could serve like a cooldown exercise.

    and i live in a country where there's a lot of long holidays, and during those holidays we usually travel for like 1 week.
    in that 1 week, i probably can't get any session time.
    what would you suggest me to do to keep my penis conditioned?

    Kegels don't cooldown, they are working the muscle. But you can kegel after your routine.
    You can always do a shorter routine in the shower if you are going somewhere.

    and if i do kegels have i let my cock tug back if i flex it or hold it strong that cant tug back ?

    While doing your stretches? You can leg it tug back a bit, but you should keep it stretched the same force.

    When you talk about wet jelqs both hands being one rep.

    Do you mean doing one jelq with left and then right = 1?

    Also Can I just do 50 with my left then my right?

    Last question, are 50 wet jelqs and 30 V jelqs at all dangerous?

    Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
