    I`m sorry, now I understand. Hope this routine works well, i`ve been deconditioning for a month now after 6 months with 25 minutes manual stretching everyday with 80-150 jelqs, 5 on 2 off.

    Hi everyone,
    I first started PE about an hour ago, all I did was stretching and then 50 jelqs on boths hands.

    Now I have a few questions:

    1) Is warming up/down essential, if so, are there simpler methods rather than using a heated towel? (such as holding your penis, assuming you don't have cold hands)

    2) I think my LOT is 9:00 so does this mean that I am supposed to jelq straight out and up?

    3) Can the whole process be done lying down in bed?

    I have quick question about jelqing, when I do wet jelqs I should see some swelling if I am performing them right. Am I correct in assuming that?

    Hi JonPop and everyone else,

    I am new to this forum and have been doing a lot of reading on PE. If you don't mind, could I ask a few quick questions on the 90-day routine?

    1. If I'm new to PE, is there any likelihood this routine to start with could injure my penis (this is probably my biggest fear with PE)? Should I be doing 2-days on, 1 days off to minimize my chances of injury initially?
    2. How loose or tight should your grip be? I know it shouldn't be extremely tight, but I just want a bit more clarity on how tight the OK grip should be.
    3. Although my goal is for 1-1.5" of EL and 1.5" of EG, girth is more important to me. Is there any tweaks I should make to the routine to emphasize this as a goal?
    4. Lastly, if I want to do the full routine including eating vitamins, do you recommend evenings? Also should the average time be about 45 minutes - 1 hour (I want to make sure I am pacing myself correctly)?

    Hi guys!

    I´m new here and have a couple of questions!

    * I bought the supplements that are mentioned in the beginning of the thread and I wonder if its good or bad to take these supplements in the beginning of my PE-ing (first couple of weeks , maybe?), or should I start with these immediately?
    I mean, it may be hard to say if I gained due to the training or because of the pills..

    * My weakest/thinnest point is the "base". Should I do reverse jelqs instead of the regular ones? Or should I start with reverse jelqs After the 90-day routine?

    * I´m a bit worried about the stretching part. Shouldn´t I be? What are the side-effects?

    * And a quick last question. How long should the "hard kegels" be done?

    Hey Rob, welcome to the PE Gym.
    The vitamins and amino acids can be started immediately.

    Do the routine as written and you will increase your base girth as well as your overall girth.

    The stretching part of this routine is to condition your penis. Stretch only with enough pull that you get full extention on your penis.

    The Kegels should be done for a quick count of 25.

    uhm yet the warming up part, instead of using a hot towel can i not just jump in the shower for 10-15 minutes? will that work?
