    This morning was doing some big circle stretches, and I felt like my inner penis was really being stretched.

    Felt slightly good, was very strange. Is this mainly what we're shooting for with BCS?

    Used to do PE on and off 2 years ago. I was 6.75 NBPEL, Measured a bit ago and was 7. Now keeping track.

    Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
    NBEL 7.0
    BPEL 7.25
    EG 5.60

    hey guys i had a question. i started PE a week or so ago and am following JP's routine. Im currently at 5 inches erect and am looking be around 6 inches so i set a reasonable goal. I still live with my dad and so the only days i can do PE are thursday-sunday. Monday- wednesday its a no go. Will I still be okay with 4 days on and 3 off? or is that too much time off? thanks a lot guys. I just thought id introduce myself a bit since Im looking to get familiar on the this foru. Im determined to get to 6!

    I think 4 on 3 off will be fine dave. If you were hanging serious weight off your willy it might not be the best idea to take longer regular breaks, but even this old notion has been up for debate recently. There won't be a problem with 4 on 3 off with manual exercises, and you might even find that it does you well. If you do happen to feel after a while that you should be doing more, you could do some JAIs each time you visit the bathroom. Good luck.

    I did a routine very similar to JP's and then added flaccid bends, then bundled stretches and tunica tugs and then starting pumping and now have been doing some clamping too. I haven't measured for a while because I'm hoping Santa Claus brings me a nice surprise for Christmas
