    Thanks for the reply Chandler,

    I didn't realise that tabacco would affect me to such an extent quite so quickly! I have been smoking for 5 years and didn't expect such side effects to occur until my 40's at the earliest.

    I will certainly try to reduce my current tobacco intake but out-right stopping will probably prove to be unsuccessful as I am quite dependent, I am even smoking as I type this!

    I did some research and my problem appears to be more related to my refractory period and thus my levels of prolactin, as opposed to a circulation issue.

    Vitamin E and vitamin B6 allegedly reduce levels of prolactin so increasing my intake should help the problem. Olives are high in vitamin E and I used to eat them pretty much every day but ever since I left home for college I haven't bought or even eaten any as they were too expensive to buy on a student's budget, this small seemingly innocuos dietary change could be the root cause of my much longer than usual refractory period issue =)

    Do people think this is correct?

    Yes smoking is obviously bad, but I doubt that it shrinks the penis. It may hinder penis growth and development during puberty due to poorer circulation though.

    However smoking slightly increases testosterone so this probably offsets the effects

    The results are only preliminary and it suggests, not categorically states, that smoking affects penis size

    Results could also be skewed because of lower EQ in smokers, thus the penis appears smaller than it actually is.

    PE should remedy all of these problems, low circulation and lower EQ, I'm not that worried about this study...although I do need to make a concerted effort to cut down to maybe 15 a day

    What do you think about what I posted about prolactin?

    Question about overtraining:

    Yesterday was my day off (2 on, 1 off) and I had sex with my girlfriend, we then had sex again this morning. She left and I did the exercises as usual but should I have reduced it a bit as my penis didn't really get a rest yesterday and this morning it had already "worked out" before I did the exercises.

    To summarise, on days that I have sex should I do the routine as usual or should I reduce the workload slightly?

    Also, I have started edging for about 20 mins without ejaculating at night when I am not with my girlfriend, could this lead to overtraining?

    And the edging is ok? also an explanation would be great on this, I know it obviously builds stamina but does it also help increase girth? I think I read that somewhere

    Edging after a session is good and many say it helps with your gains.

    Problem is I don't have time to do it after a session, I do PE in the morning in the shower and then do edging at night. So long as it doesn't lead to overtraining I will continue edging just for the stamina, the gains don't really bother me

    I have a question on jelqing technique:

    I am uncut and don't "peel" the skin back when I jelq, I jelq from the base and stop below the head, is this ok? or should I pull back the skin? I tried it initially but the skin would all bunch up and it would leave some of my shaft unjelqed

    Some people jelq without the skin back and get gains just fine, but it may or may not make your foreskin longer over time too.

    Hmmm my foreskin Is already a bit long when i'm flaccid however it is fine erect, flaccid gains should fix that. I think I will continue jelqing without pulling the skin back as it is easier
