    Guys new here and just started this routine. Would incorporating a pump in conjunction with this, yield greater results?

    This routine is a little bit intense as it, would be better if you used the pump later down the road when you know your PI's and EQ well, and get your routine down and know how many days of rest you will need. It's not hard to overwork your penis, and that will slow down or halt your gains.

    Now it's good to ask questions and everything but I must say I dont understand why everyone tries to change this routine. Could I add this? could I do this aswell? can I do more of this? Hell, if you take just a few hours to search these forums you will notice everyone points at this routine. Why would a beginner take the risk to modify a routine that has been proving results since 2004? Of course you didnt say if you were a beginner or not, but judging by the fact that you didnt even consider mentioning how long you've been doing PE for, kind of proves you dont even know that your experience is what will determine the answer to your question.

    I might sound a little rude but this is for your own good. People trying to go too fast will just hurt themselves and their gains.

    Hey every one, I have a couple of questions. I'm 37 years old and still a chronic masturbator. Usually 3 to 4 times a day and sometimes 5. Even when I'm getting it regular I still masturbate every day. I have decided to stop masturbation all together as of yesterday thinking it may help with my PE. I haven't seen anything that definitively says whether masturbation is good or bad for PE but I figure I'll give it a shot in spite of the pretty intense urges I still get after only a day and a half of going cold turkey. If I do msturbate, is there a time before or after exercises that may be most beneficial/least detrimental?

    Also, I just started JP's beginner routine last night. I will be visiting family for about 10 days for the holidays and do not plan on performing the jelqing aspect of the routine during that period. I have decided to do my exercises before I go to bed each night. Do you guys think that I should just forgo the jelq while I am away for the holidays or should I just start over when I get back and forget about any sort of routine while I am away?

    Its fine if you masturbate 2-3 times a week, yes a week. And if you're doing PE then it's fine if you masturbate 2 hours before or after your routine, but edging is better. If you can't for 10 days then don't do it if you can't do it properly ie. 10 minute warmup and warmdown inbetween your jelqs and stretches. As for starting over, just do jp's routine, it doesnt matter if you do it for 90 days or 365 days, there's people that gain from it and keep doing it after the 90 days and keep gaining from it. So 'starting over' isn't a big problem at all.

    I agree, Steve23... as someone who has tried and given up many times, it is all about trying it again. It is about making it a regular exercise like, working out, swimming, running and what ever. As well as eating well and getting good sleep.
