I'm 15 years older than you. I wish I could say I still have great erections. The only time I get a good, sustainable erection is when my wife and I are about to have intercourse - stays up and strong for the duration (mostly about 30 mins before I can orgasm).
I'm interested in the supplements you list - I take Green Tea and Ginko Biloba plus others previously recommended by JP.
Do you think the Acai and the Nitric Oxide help with your great erections?
I love JP's exercises but have all types of trouble in keeping any kind of erection for doing jelqs.

Haven't read to the end of this massive routine yet so perhaps someone has already told you this.
Because you've only got a ruler at the present time, you can still take accurate measurements.
Get a piece of STRING and use that to do your girth measurements - measure then compare to ruler.
For length, press the ruler against your public bone and you'll have a good length measure (after subtracting the 1/8" or whatever there is on the end of your ruler).
Hope this helps.

Question from complete newbie. Will some one define bpel bpfsl etc. I want to be sure I am comparing apples with apples. Perhaps more appropriately bananas, with bananas.

Hi! good morning everyone, especially to JonPop. I have been doing the 90 days JP program religiously for a month now,and guess what from 5" NBpEL, 4.2" EG, I am now 5.5" and 4.5" respectively. My lost of tug is at 6:00 and i did not execute the "v" jelq right as I recently saw that a full 1 rep is left,up,right which is already 3 reps for me.lol I am very very very thankful as this program can be utilize by newbies like me for free. Awoo!!! i will dine in heaven. hahaha Please take my deepest gratitude. all I can say is JP rocks!! no pain no glory - no hard work no gain.. wohu! =)
