    hello, XitemeM. I do not have a progress log, but i have a diary. lol Anyway, I'll keep you in touch after my 90 days of jp program because what I will be going to do is ask JP for next step. haha With regards to " no pain no glory" just dont mind it - just my slogan.

    Hey Guys, is it me or is it much more beneficial to do big circle stretches at about 60% erection?

    Used to do PE on and off 2 years ago. I was 6.75 NBPEL, Measured a bit ago and was 7. Now keeping track.

    Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
    NBEL 7.0
    BPEL 7.25
    EG 5.60


    Measuring start of August -


    Long term goal -
    NBPEL 9.00
    EG 6.50

    Hi,

    to me , streching an erect penis don't sound so good. In my opinion, it could be more efective to stect it like 60% erect, but in long run it can be harmful. It's only my opinion and not trying to say that's wrong how you do it. Anyone else, opinions about that? How did you noticed that it's more beneficial?

    Erect stretches are considered an advanced PE exercise. However, I've often boned up during my stretching exercises and I've just continued on. Any advanced exercise can be done more safely just by using a lower intensity. So I would keep doing my stretches but just pull a bit less. With the circles stretches if you want to keep going through them with a semi erection, don't do them quite so wide. Keep it in the pleasure zone and always back off from pain and you should be okay.

    Hi guys I was wondering what loss of tug is and what 6:00 and 12:00 mean?? I didn't understand it much at all.

    Hi good day to all,especially to JonPoP!! No doubt that JP's program is effective,However I do have few questions; does the exercise increases the libido as much as its changing my fellow,because I constantly and undpredictably having woods? How come my EQ dropped from 100% to 70% -should i lessen the 100 kegels/day or instead of 5 days on 2 days off - 2days on 1 day off? I know that having woods is a positive sign,but the bad thing about it is that, whenever my fellow would salute(70%) my urge to have sex goes with it too (my concern is my EQ while having sex.I surmise, its the reason why my partner have said several times that I obviously got bigger, but the sensation she's having is that it looks like it have been thinner.)

    I have a few questions regarding this routine which I started taking seriously this week. Is it okay if I go from JP's routine straight into edging? My time is limited and being that i'm already in the right place with my member ready, it's convenient. I've been edging/ballooning for 25-30 minutes after my wet jelqs. I jump right in a hot shower afterwards. Also, what kind of kegel routine should I be practicing aside from this routine, on non-training days, is it okay to do RK's in moderation?
