Hi good day to all,especially to JonPoP!! No doubt that JP's program is effective,However I do have few questions; does the exercise increases the libido as much as its changing my fellow,because I constantly and undpredictably having woods? How come my EQ dropped from 100% to 70% -should i lessen the 100 kegels/day or instead of 5 days on 2 days off - 2days on 1 day off? I know that having woods is a positive sign,but the bad thing about it is that, whenever my fellow would salute(70%) my urge to have sex goes with it too (my concern is my EQ while having sex.I surmise, its the reason why my partner have said several times that I obviously got bigger, but the sensation she's having is that it looks like it have been thinner.)

If your EQ is dropping then that mainly means your overworking yourself and maybe use less force while jelqing or less pressure, could also be stretching too hard. But can also be your doing 5:2, so try 2:1 or ease up on the pressure and grip and see what's best for you.

When i V-jelq, do i need to do straight up and then to the right/left? Or can i just do straight up?

Supplements are not needed but can assist in gains. Most of the gains you will get will be from what you physically put into it.

Big ty to JP and the other guys posting the routine and insight in this thread. Read through about 40 pages and haven't seen concrete answers to a few questions I have.
1. I'm having trouble with maintaining the right erection level throughout the jelq's, and with knowing if i'm at the right level altogether. How do you know if you are too hard/soft for a proper jelq?
2. Does waiting too long to let your erection come down, or waiting for it to come back up, affect the flow of the routine significantly?
3. What is the stance on visual aids? I recently stopped watching porn to help with some ED problems, but sometimes I need something to get me going erection-wise and i'll use a visual aid, like pics of scantily dressed women, cheerleaders, etc. But i'm concerned this is too close to porn and will "rewire" my brain to needing that kind of stimulus.
4. I read that masturbation can be bad for the process, but what about straight out sex? Sometimes I want to do it within a couple hours of my jelqing time but i'm afraid it carries the same risk as masturbating. Does sex have an equally adverse affect or a lesser one, or one at all?
