    Hi, Im a total noob to this. Been doing this routine for about a week now, very skeptical about the whole thing really, have tried penis extenders with no luck only pain. I think this is my last try befor i go the surgery route. Could this routine increase erect length? or should i be doing more stretching? Thanks.

    Hey man - i am a noob. Jist wondering about your reaults. How big were u to begin with? What was ur max gains? Were u 6.9 then decreasef to 6 after stopping the pe sessions for a while?

    5.9 inches, then after three months I increased to 6.5, I did not really measure girth, I wasn't aware of this site at the time. I suppose that was my max gain, .6 inches. Well, yes I did stop, but the results were supposed to be permanent, it shouldn't really decrease, I'd hate to do exercises my WHOLE life. Haha.

    Helo JP, What do you mean by 2 on 1 off? there are 7 days in a week. Does it means i workout on mon, tue then wed off. then thur, fri on sat off? 4 times a week??
