    thats funny 2 1/2 on... do you recomend 2 days on 1 day off now. plus on the vitimens,take 5 days also skip the days off? thank you.

    No one skips rest days, rest days are needed to grow.
    Do 5:2, if you can't handle it, do 2:1. Meaning every 2 days of PE take 1 day off after it, it doesn't matter when during the week, weeks don't matter.

    referring to jonpop n all senior member with good experience...

    i have started jp's 90 day programme from 2nd of jan 2012..
    i do a little modified, just suggest wether its ok or nt...
    2 days on 1 day off
    _---- i do warm up as advised by jp
    then do stretches as -- helicopter>left mild stretch n 10 keigl> left 10 big circle>rt 10 big circle
    > helicopter>out mild stretch n 10 keigl> up mild stretch n 10 keigl
    >rt mild stretch n 10 keigl> rt 10 big circle >left 10 big circle
    > out moderate stretch n 10 keigl> up moderate stretch n 10 keigl
    > left moderate stretch n 20 keigl> 10 plus 10 big circles left n rt> helicopter
    > out modrate stretch n 10 keigl > up moderate stretch n 10 keigl
    > rt moderate stretch n 20 keigl > 10+10 big circles rt n lft with moderate stretch > helicopters
    > out firm stretch with 10 keigl > up firm stretch with 10 keigl > helicopters
    > left firm stretch with 20 keigl > 10lft +10rt big circles with firm stretch
    > out firm stretch with 10 keigl >up firm stretch with 10 keigl >helicopters
    > rt firm stretch with 20 keigl > 10 rt 10 lft big circle with firm stretch > helicopters ...
    now JELQS
    60-70% OF ERECTION
    25 repetitions of moderate pressure ok jelq > 15 repetition of moderate pressure V jelq
    > 50 rep of firm ok jelq > 30 rep of firm V jelq
    > 50 rep firm grip ok jelq. > 30 rep of firm grip v jelq
    > 10 rep of moderate pressure ok jelq > 10 rep of moderate pressure v jelq......

    hi, I did jp90 routine for last 3 days.. after that I am feeling some pain in bottom edge of penis head, I think it happened during stretching. May be I hold too tight and stretched hard.
    I am not doing pe now.. Will start again when the pain is gone.

    jon pop i have been doing this roultine for about 4 weeks boy time flew. I have a gain in girth moor than half inch and lenth half inch i never did any of this pe stuff before I hope this stays with me. Iam going to continue till i finish this rultine. iam taking the vitimans as percribed thank you for your help. ps I have that 6 clock lot.

    Make an ok sign just under the glans and stretch enough so it doesn't hurt or feel any discomfort. And be sure to warm up and down 10+ minutes each. There should be no pain or discomfort during or after your PE routine.

    I'm curious. I have been on the program for one week now. I have read about this loss of tug. (english is a second language for me sorry if i make mistakes)

    Could someone explain in simple terms the meanings? I found i have no tug if i pull straight up. if i pull left no tug if i pull right no tug if i pull down i have a little tug.

    what does this mean for my training program?
