Yes ThirdArm. 25 quick Kegels not only get the 100 Kegels done in the session, but give a time reference on how long to hold the stretch. So in essence, you are holding the stretch for approx 30 seconds.

Hello JP and Everybody,
I started this routine a few months back with maybe a month and half of work. I did not gain anything, but I did not do it 5 days 2 off. I did not put enough determination and dedication. But Im back!! I started JP 90 routine 5 days on 2 off. Following it step by step. I am on my 11th day and will not miss a day. Some problems i encounter is I get to erect when I stretch. So I watch some comedy videos while i stretch and keeps the erection away. And during jelqing and v-jelq, I feel best that there is no distraction. No videos music or anything. Just your and your member. Im edging for 5-10 minutes before my warm down. I was able to once stop PONR with ha very hard kegel. But usually i can't. I try not to edge for a long time for that reason.. JP, do you recommend Edjing at all throughout this routine? and if so, how long. Thanks!Journey to Planet Girth

Hello jp. Just registered and my first post goes to u. I found urs link to Ur 90 day program from lpsg. And reading it only 1 thing confuses me. My LOT is at 6:00. so u say my exercises should b straight out and straight down. Now what exercises r we talking about? Bc I c u talking about stretching left right out etc. Thanks for Ur help

Just stretch in all 4 directions everytime you do your routine, that's what most do.

So the "exercise" is just the stretching and kegel portion of the routine?

hello sir JP! my friend has a problem with doing this exercise. he has excess skin. everytime he goes jelqing, all of his excess skin goes over the head. he's afraid that it may cause some problem. what shall he do sir?

Hello! Ive been doing JPs routine for about 3 weeks now and are seeing improvement in flaccid length, girth and erect length. But i wonder, how should it feel when i jelq? Im not sure if i jelq hard enough? Any expert who can give advice? I am uncut so i jelq with the foreskin over the glans. Is that ok?

It's ok, but over time it will make your foreskin longer, makes sense right?
It doesn't take much to move blood through veins, your supposed to feel fuller after, not sore like you did some muscle workout.

Im feeling fuller after but not so much, try to do harder?
