Forget about LOT, just stretch in all directions, and buy good lube because it requires you to 'wet' jelq, or use olive oil, vaseline, etc etc, nothing harsh like shampoo or soap.
You can stretch sitting but it's probably best to do it standing because you have more range of motion.
If you can't hold a kegel for long it's fine just try to kegel but keep the stretch for 30 seconds.

Hello, Im totally new to this, so i have a few questions.
As a total beginner would you recommend JP's 90 day?
I have a tight foreskin which doesnt/has never been able to pull back, will this be a problem?
Last question, im 21 years of age, is there any age where you must start?
Please reply as i really want to get involved in PE

Vivi, can't tell you about your foreskin, but I'm the same age as you and I highly recommend this program. Im on 3 on 2 off, which has been effective this far. I would start maybe 2 on 2 off or even 1 on 2 off until you're comfortable doing all the exercises. For your Jelqs your gonna want to bring them just under your head, is your head visible with say a 40-50% erection? If so, you shouldn't have a problem.
Trebein, you shouldn't ejaculate within 2 hours before or after a session (learned that here), and this was validated through experience, trial and error. If you learn to achieve dry orgasm, you can have those following your routine and it will make you feel good without compromising your work or nutload. Check out the other threads on dry orgasms and how to achieve them. If your bruised, you need to take time off. You don't want an injury to your penis, lighten your grip and you'll be fine (been there).
This post is to fill everyone in on my thoughts of being 5 weeks into JP's program. Some of these questions on here are borderline embarrassing, it leads me to believe a lot of the new jacks here are not doing any research at all. READ the threads on this forum, if you were competent enough to make an account here, you can search these threads. There's very useful information here from people that know what their talking about. Once you thoroughly read through JonPops outline, everything should be pretty simple from there.
As for progress, I've found the ideal technique for all the exercises in this program. Everyone is different, but I've found that patience and awareness are necessary to doing this right. Don't just do, but engage yourself in what your doing. THINK about what's going on inside your body and feel it. So far I feel very good about this. Just enjoying the journey at the moment....
NOTABLE MENTIONS and advice for beginners include:
1) Try not to ejaculate after a PE session
2) A clean diet in conjunction with this program makes all the difference
3) Reverse kegels in moderation throughout the day seem to result in more spontaneous erections
4) Ballooning after sessions leaves me with a plump flaccid hang the next day
5) Porn =Trespassing into dangerous territory
6) Warming up and Down should not be skipped or shortchanged
7) Keep your eye on your glans when you jelq, you should see it enlarge at the end of your motion
Overall, this routine is time consuming. But the PI's are all the motivation to pursue my goal and not give up. It's okay to take a day off every now and then if you're strapped for time. But consistency is what you wanna practice to see gains. I don't like expectations or let downs, so I won't be measuring till the end of my 90 days (March 20th approx.) And will report back every few weeks with updates. Already getting my morning wood back, major boost in EQ and I can visually see my unit becoming more fit with every workout, some veins have become very prominent, my cock looks like a bodybuilder! Peace people and a reminder yo do your PE safe!Last edited by funkylemonade; 01-25-2012 at 02:57 PM.

Thank you for replying.
either when errect or flaccid i cant see my head, i can only see my "slit/jap-eye" (i hate using those terms, but i do not know the proper clinical term)
after a good warm up as JP said 8mins hot cloth, stretching, helicopters etc i still managed to jelq well and not jelq my glans.
I was just wondering if my tight foreskin is a real issue, whether doing PE or just generally

Yes, forskin should slide back easy while erect and flaccid, you should get that stored out, I think there's threads in the skin restoration part of this site to help loosen it up.

Ok i wil have a look. Wil i be able to get jelqing results still? With jp90.

Sure, the purpose is to glide across your well lubed penis to push blood through the veins, not to push or pull on the skin.
