    By the way, for whoever is reading this, there is a much more efficient way to search the PE Gym forums for commonly discussed topics. Simply go to Google, type in your search query (in this case, "v-jelq") and then add this: site:PEGym.com. Works great . I realize that this is a hefty thread to dig through, so you can also search within threads by taking a given thread's main hyperlink, and searching only within it. Hope I explained that adequately.

    Hello to everyone, if anyone could help me or to Sir JonPop, please answer my question.

    I got a confused with the LOT what do you mean by the "you will do exercises straight out and straight down.", i got the 9:00 or higher, i stretched out in other directions and i dont get TUG on 6:00. I got riddled with the "straight out and straight down." and I've read the whole guide you gave; warm up, stretching, wet Jelq and V jelq and i haven't noticed the "straight out and straight down." sentence. So what does it mean?

    Thank you for your kind answers, I was about to start tonight, but i wanted to get the answer first.

    For what it's worth, here is exactly how one would search specifically within this thread using Google or another search engine:

    You can put "search query" in quotes if you want those exact words in order, or you can omit the quotes for a slightly broader search, still within this thread of course.

    Hello. I registered here because I found this beginner routine and I have a question...

    Do I have to do all of these exercises in a bed or can I do it in the shower? The same goes with the warm up with hot towel - can't I just turn the shower on very hot for a few minutes instead, then do all the exercises? I have limited privacy where I live right now, so in the shower for 10-15 minutes is mostly all privacy I could get to to this!


    Another question, can I masturbate like a few hours after OR before these exercises?

    Location doesn't really matter, but quality does. After about one month of rushing in the shower, I realized that it wasn't doing it for me. I rearranged my routine and made time for it to work. So if you're going to rush, the quality of your exercises will likely suffer.

    Hot shower is not a bad start. You can try bringing in a washcloth with you to help centralize the heat. You want to make your penile tissue nice and warm. Avoid the testicles the best you can. They don't like heat. Ever wonder why people saving sperm freeze them? Or why your scrotum hangs real low when it's hot out? So don't burn your friends, just warm your groin and penis thoroughly. I suppose that if you're doing this in the shower, the rice sock is out of the question.

    I started about 2 months ago, and decided to split the stretching and jelqing into two separate sessions to save time (each session requiring its own individual warm up). Something like this: AM: hot shower, warm towel, stretching. PM: rice sock, jelqing. Simple, right? With only 10 to 15 minutes of PE time, try to really focus on jelq quality. Don't get caught up trying to add extra reps all the time. More reps + same time = less quality per rep.

    Thanks for the answer.

    I think I'll start tomorrow and see how it goes. I'll probably go for the shower routine only, I want to try that first as it is the easiest thing for me right now. Maybe if I am home alone, I'll try the hot towel one.

    By the way, it's kind of hard to avoid getting the testicles not so hot when you're in a shower if you at least want your penis to get hot. But I think I'll survive, as I have been showering in hot water every day for many years now.
